These brushes are large, and may not work as well on older devices. The full brushset is nearly 300MB. 

Several of them are set up to either lighten or darken, and labeled with either white or black squares. I recommend playing with the Star Painter brush first and paint out your star backdrop. The Star Painter Pro brush is one of my all time favorite brushes. I revised that brush over 10 times before getting the look of the stars just right.
